No beating around bush

I was just delighted by the way our present Vice Chancellor Prof. Shivashankar Murthy deals with issues as a Head of the Institution. If a person seated on position of power is able to see through people and issues around, it is a great quality. I was very happy that we have a leader who can reassure support when you keep working. I have a liking for the Leader because he means business and wants results. You will get what you want and you must deliver what the institution needs. When people cant understand such genuine expectations, fail to operate at the same speed and frequency as their leader, perhaps they fail to live up to up to the expectations, and start searching for reasons to defend their inefficiency.

I always trust and believe that to be an expert and a hard worker is the way to success.

MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP

4th of September 2010, Saturday was a not just another day in my life. It was ‘The Day’, our University College was re-accredited with A Grade, something that brought me immense happiness. The way our Hon. Vice-Chancellor spoke about the news and the way in which he celebrated the good news with all those for whom ‘The College’ matters was something that I just can not forget in my life; Hats off to you Sir. As convener of the NAAC Steering Committee, I had a very tough time. I wanted to do it for my institution, which is an icon of social justice in this region. It has given life to thousands of people.
